On-the-day coordination
You've booked your suppliers, nailed the seating plan and now you're wondering how on earth you'll pull it all off whilst also trying to remember your vows?

Firstly you'll receive an in depth planning document to keep you on track whilst you're in the planning stages. I'll go and familiarise myself with your venue and we'll then have a meeting the week before your wedding date for you to tell me all about your plans, suppliers and family politics. I'll then get in touch with all your vendors and be on hand from 9am on your wedding day until your first dance, to make sure it all goes off without a hitch!

Month-of Wedding Coordination
Take an extra step in relieving any stress on the run up to the big day by having me as your sidekick in the month leading up to your wedding date.

We'll have a meeting a few weeks before your wedding date, at your venue if possible, to go over your plans in depth. I'll then build your timeline, produce a thorough masterplan of the day, get in touch with all your vendors and be on hand for any questions you have as the excitement builds.

Then I'll be there on the day, from breakfast through to your first dance, to make sure it all goes as smoothly as my legs in summer!

The Full Shebang
Where do I start? Which order do I book things in? How much should things cost? All questions that can be answered by robots across the internet, I'm sure, but I can save you a lot of time and effort and actually get to know you in the process.

So what will you do?
Well regardless of which point in the process you hire me we'll get to know each other first, making sure I know all about the vision you have for your wedding and the struggles you might be facing trying to get there. I'll then get to work, sending you comprehensive lists of recommended suppliers based on your personalities and what you need/want out of your wedding, putting together your timeline and being available to be put to work whenever you need me to - think of me like the wedding Avenger!

Additional fees
Additional fees will apply for travel outside of a 50 mile radius of GL1 3LE and costs 30p per mile.
​
An additional fee may also apply if your wedding is taking place at a venue not dedicated to hosting weddings such as a stand alone marquee or a village hall if it is deemed necessary that assistance may be needed throughout the day.

All payments can be made in instalments and we'll work together to figure out what's best for you and go from there.
