Sometimes all you need is a helping hand. I've been there, done that, got one too many free t-shirts! I am pleased to offer services that can take some of the pressure off your team so you can deliver the top-quality event you have envisioned.
Speaker Procurement & Venue Finding
Do you simply not have the time to find the right venue or speaker for your event or are you trying to find replacements last minute after your venue or speaker has cancelled on you?

1 x 45 minute meeting to discuss your event and help me understand your needs.
​
I will then source a list of available venues/speakers, pop them in a comparison document and send it over to you. If needed, I will then visit the venue and negotiate contracts for you. All you have to do is sign on the dotted line.

On the day Co-ordination
You've booked your whole event; the running order is looking fab, the joining instructions have gone out and now you're wondering if you have enough pairs of capable hands on the day...

We'll have a 45 minute meeting a week before your event, at your venue if possible, to go over your running order for the day and anything you need from me and then I'll be there on the day, from 90 minutes before hand until the running order is done, to make sure timings are stuck to and everyone is where they are meant to be at the right times!

Team of Eco Warriors
With people wanting to be a lot more aware of the impact they're having on the environment, now is the perfect time to show how serious your business is about your carbon footprint and I have a way of calculating this so you can be safe in the knowledge your event is as green as can be.

We'll have a 60 minute chat about your current plans, possible eco-friendly swaps and I'll stay in touch throughout the planning process to calculate your event's footprint to see how it can be improved.

Supplier Hunting
Researching suppliers for entertainment, practicalities and fun additions for your event can take time and sometimes it's just not the top of your priority list, I get it, which is why I am happy to offer my help.

I will then source a comprehensive list of multiple options for each aspect of your event and pop them in an easy-to-read comparison document.
I can then negotiate contracts and book them for you if needed.
